WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
We're primarily based in California with operations maintained at various parts of the world to keep our cost low and our products at an affordable price.
HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?
Julia Kays partners with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you the best prices and the most interesting products. This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as Singapore, China, Germany, etc. via our partnership with USPS.
Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 2-3 weeks to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way (please email us for tracking) :)
We offer international shipping options too - no matter where you are, you can buy from us!
I HAVE ISSUES WITH MY PAYMENT, WHY IS IT SO?
Currently, we do accept all major credit cards and paypal payment. Unfortunately we are unable to accept debit cards as of now. Do reach out to us if there are any issues faced during payment.
THE TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDER STOPPED UPDATING, WHAT HAPPENED?
If you're buying from outside of the U.S., your country's customs department may decide to hold your items at the border temporarily, often without explanation! Sometimes, parcel does go missing along the way as well that's beyond our control.
Note: if for some reason your order is never released by customs or gone missing, we'll send you a replacement!
WHAT IF I NEED TO RETURN SOMETHING?
No worries! Contact us right away and we'll help guide you through the process. We allow full refund guaranteed 30 days from date of receipt of delivery.
We will not shoulder the shipping fee for items to be returned unless it is due to our fault during delivery such as wrong item sent or defect goods. This allows us to provide free shipping promotion for our customers.
We have return centers residing in the Seattle/California and Singapore. As we are yet a small boutique, we have no return centers from the other side of world yet .
Please take note that we will issue refunds upon receipt of the returned items. Please notify us as well that you will be shipping the returns so we can prepare our documentation for refund."
